Marvel Television NYCC: Avengers Earth’s Mightiest Heroes Season 2

Is it me, or does George Lucas manage to fit a plug into every soundbite he gives? Probably just me. Still, that’s a good look for Jon Favreau. You can check out everything Favreau had to say about ducking out on Iron Man 2 to interview George Lucas by going h

Iron Man 2 villain Mickey Rourke recently opened up a bit about what we can expect from his character, Whiplash. After some unofficial concept art of the Whiplash armor surfaced online recently, Iron Man 2 fans have been keeping web pages on constant refresh, hoping to get an official glimpse of Rourke-in-armor. Well, Mickey didn’t exactly provide a snapshot of his costume, but he did recently talk to Empire about what it’s like wearing the Whiplash s

As a pinball game, Marvel Pinball is as solid as they come. The physics featured in this game are identical to pinball machines you would find at your local arcade. Plus, you get to enter and record your high scores, compare them up against the world, compare them against your friends, and even the vibration feedback makes you feel that much closer to the real thing. You also have all the standards that come with a pinball table, including bumpers, rails, stand-up targets, etc. I especially like the fact that the game has the courtesy to move the Xbox Live notifications to the middle of the screen instead of at the bottom, because, if you know anything about pinball, you know that covering any part of the bottom of the screen could result in the loss of a ball. You lose three balls, and you’re out. Game o

Marvel Pinball is exactly what you would expect from reading the title alone; it’s Marvel themed, Pinball fun. You get four different tables, and each table offers something from each of the superheroes it features. Wolverine, Spider-Man, Iron-Man and Blade are your four superheroes with this title, and they also bring along with them some friends. Sabretooth, Silver Samurai, Dr. Octopus, Green Goblin, Mandarin (Whiplash) and Deacon Frost are some of the handful of recognizable characters that you will find on each respective table. Each table is very colorful and quite beautiful, and I’m sure hardcore Marvel fans will enjoy pointing all the little nods to its universe’s enormous amount of content. So, how do these tables play, and is it worth your cash to download this title? Read on to find

If there’s anything less-than-glowing to say about the footage, it’s that the animation retains a bit of that stilted Americanized anime quality due to the overuse of camera pans, push-ins, zooms, and tilts, as opposed to pure animated movement. Indeed, it doesn’t yet feel as energized as the wonderful (but canceled) Spectacular Marvel’S Spider-Man 2 Trophies|Https://Spiderman2Mix.Com/ – then again, some deemed that show to be too carto

As we reported previously , the Ultimate Spider-Man show is full of humor and the webcrawler himself even breaks the fourth wall (in a style that seems like a cross between Modern Family / Ferris Buelle

Iron Man 2 director Jon Favreau recently got an “Atta Boy!” from George Lucas. Lucas handpicked Favreau to interview him next weekend at the Four Seasons hotel in Chicago. Favreau will also present Lucas with the Gene Siskel Film Center Visionary Award for Innovation in Filmmaking (…for making one of the greatest sci-fi trilogies of all ti

The episode was action-packed, fun, and occasionally funny (Hulk repeatedly picks fights with The Thing and likes to make fun of the guy for never having won), and there was even a twist ending (SPOILER ALERT

Pro – On the flip side, with Disney having such deep pockets, that means much more available funds to push MORE movies into production. It’s not like Disney is buying Marvel because they were threatened by Marvel’s market share and were trying to buy out the competition. No, Disney bought Marvel to use the property rights, not sit on them. This could mean we start seeing Marvel characters pushed into multiple forms of media. More cartoons, more comics, more live action TV shows and definitely more mov

Next was the animation portion of the panel, where Loeb debuted some of the very first footage of **Ultimate Spider-Man ** (written by Paul Dini and the Man of Action team – Joe Casey, Joe Kelly – with additional help from Brian Michael Bendis, Joe Quesada, Dan Buckley, and more). Some things of note about the foot

Also on ABC Family will be Mockingbird , a story about Bobbi Morse – Hawkeye eventually married her in the comics – a freshmen in college (perhaps Stanford in California) who gets contacted by S.H.I.E.L.D. and becomes a secret agent. Basically, the thrust of the show is, “College student by day, secret agent by night,” and according to Jeph Loeb, it’ll be like J.J. Abrams’ Felicity meets J.J. Abrams’ Alias . That’s a lot of J.J. Abrams going on th
